Are services insured?
Ironclad Advisory maintains Professional Indemnity (PI) and Public Liability (PL) insurance, as well as Tax Agent insurance, to ensure that business risk is minimised as much as possible.
How are payments for services structured?
Ironclad Advisory is capable of delivering a wide range of service offerings. As a result, the approach to fees depends on the type of work to be provided.
Most fee structures are based around set hourly or daily rates, fixed fee for service and/or components of fees contingent on achieving defined outcomes, e.g. successful receipt of grant funding.
Upon issuance of a formal invoice, payments are to be provided via bank transfer.

Do services need formal qualifications or registrations to be conducted?
Any entity seeking payment for services related to the R&D Tax Incentive must be registered with the Tax Practitioners Board.
Ironclad Advisory is a registered Tax Agent, qualified to provide R&D Tax Incentive services as per registration # 26265590.
Professional EMDG Consultants will have their own registration that submissions are lodged under, which provides Austrade (EMDG’s governing body) with means to monitor lodgment quality and compliance with legislative provisions.
